CRM 5.7 Service Pack 1 Patch J (7.17MB) – Service pack 1 for CRM 5.7 must be installed before applying this patch. Below is a list of some of the fixes included in this patch. For more information on this patch, please click the "more..." link below.

  • An error message was being displayed when trying to add a hyperlink with a custom jump to the LineItemGrid.
  • When a contact was added from Outlook to CRM to a company that already existed in CRM, a message was being displayed to inform the user that the company may already exist in the database.
  • When synchronized Tasks were edited in Outlook, they were disappearing from CRM.
  • Problems were occurring with custom mail merge processes.
